DEEPAVALI CELEBRATION 28.10.2024
On October 28, 2024, In the spirit of festivity and togetherness, our Students with great zeal and excitement celebrated the Deepavali celebration at our College Auditorium. Deepavali - for promoting interfaith harmony, the Feast of Lights was celebrated uniquely among all students studying at our Vinayaka Missions Medical College, Karaikal. Arrival of our Dean followed by lamp-lighting ceremony kicked off the Deepavali celebration Named "Tarang 2024", filling the Auditorium with vibrant colors, lights, and the warmth of celebration. The auditorium was decorated with rangoli and colorful lights, creates a magical vibes that captured the essence of Deepavali Celebration. In addition to these activities, students also set up four food stalls featuring traditional dishes, which were enjoyed by all attendees, adding a delightful culinary experience to the celebration. The entire event was organized by the Students Committee Team under the leadership and guidances of our Dean Prof.Dr.C.Gunasekaran. The event not only celebrated the joy of Deepavali but also fostered a sense of community and cultural pride within the College Campus. Faculty, students, and staff alike joined hands to create memorable moments and celebrate the essence of Deepavali thereby promoting unity, creativity, and safety awareness. The event was marked by enthusiasm and a strong sense of cultural pride as students and faculty members came together to celebrate the festival of lights. The event got concluded with vote of thanks by Final year Student and National Anthem.
