On 25th July 2024 Department of Pathology, Vinayaka Missions Medical College Hospital Karaikal conducted VIN PATCON -2024 CME at our New Academic Building Lecture Theatre IV under the guidance of our Dean Prof. Dr.C.Gunasekaran. Dr. Krishnaswamy.B Professor and Head Department of Pathology, Government Medical College, Cuddalore and Dr. Arun Kumar .K, Associate Professor, Department of Pathology, Jipmer Karaikal were invited as Guest Speaker of the event. The CME program started with tamizh thai vaazhthu. Our Dean Prof. Dr. C. Gunasekaran inaugurated the CME session by lighting the ceremonial lamp and inaugural address. Prof.Dr.N.Anusha, Professor and Head, Department of Pathology welcomed the dignitaries of the event. Felicitation address was given by our Medical Superintendent Dr. K.Cheran and Dr. G. Sriram Resident Medical Officer. The event was followed by Guest Lectures by. Dr. Krishnaswamy on topic - A Pathological Overview of Ovarian Neoplasm and Dr. Arun Kumar on topic Diagnostic Tests For Cancer - A Potpourri Approach. The event was concluded with Vote of thanks by Dr. Sasidhar, Assistant Professor of Pathology department.
