1.World Hearing Day is celebrated globally on March 3rd every year to create public awareness regarding the importance of hearing. On the eve of World Hearing Day Department Of ENT, Vinayaka Mission’s Medical College, Karaikal, Conducted VINENT CME 2023 on 02.03.2023 under the guidance of Our Dean Prof. Dr.C.Gunasekaran and with the help of Management and Administration. Prof.Dr. S. Raghu Nandhan Madras ENT Research Foundation, Chennai was the guest faculty. He gave lectures on topics HEARING LOSS: IMPACTS OF HIDDEN DISIABILITY” and HEARING RESTORATION A TECHNOLOGICAL MARVEL” He also demonstrated Live Temporal Bone Dissection .Free Hearing Aids sponsored by our Management are distributed to the deserving patients. Slogan contest was arranged for the Undergraduate & Postgraduate students. Prizes were distributed to the First Three Winners. Souvenir was released to mark the occasion. Dean Prof. Dr.C.Gunasekaran, Medical Superintendent Dr. Cheran, Resident Medical Officer Dr. R.Sriram Participated in the program. Dean Prof. Dr.C.Gunasekaran gave the Inaugural address and honoured the guest speaker.
